Area: 220 sq.m; on two levels of the building you'll find: 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (hydromassage), a big living room, a living room with a chimney, moderm kitchen and dining-room, TV + Sat, garden furniture, big terrace, rest area around the house, furthermore 150m above there's a forrest with many wander-paths. The house was build 1985 and renovated in 2005.

Location

The house is located in a quiet place, on the south hill-side in the area of a gartener holding
with a great view on a wide valley of the river 'Biala Ladecka'. Distence to the village - 300m, the shop and a bus stop - 350 m.
